PRD is pleased to present the Drillers Best Practices Workshop 2026, a three-day paid certificate program designed for drilling professionals, operators, supervisors, engineers, maintenance personnel, and drilling contractors.
The program brings together international trainers, industry experts, subject matter specialists, and PRD's engineering, service, and application teams to share practical knowledge and field experience. It goes beyond equipment operation — focusing on how better drilling practices lift performance across the whole operation.
Please review the program policies below. You'll need to accept them before proceeding to registration.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from the organizer.
The program will be conducted as an offline, in-person professional training program at the venue specified on the program website or registration confirmation. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program schedule, speakers, sessions, venue, or other arrangements when necessary.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information and complying with the rules and instructions applicable at the training venue. Registration is generally personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the organizer.
All training materials, presentations, documents, photographs, videos, logos, and other materials provided as part of the program remain the property of the organizer or their respective owners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use such materials without prior written permission.
The organizer may modify the program schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue due to operational, technical, safety, or other unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be informed of material changes wherever reasonably possible.
The organizer will take reasonable measures to conduct the program as planned but shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
By registering for the program and making payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Payment methods, processing, and currency terms are set out in the International Payment Terms section below.
PARANTHAMAN EXPORTERS respects the privacy of participants and is committed to protecting the personal information provided through the program registration website.
During registration, we may collect information such as name, company/organization name, job title/designation, email address, telephone/mobile number, billing information, country and other registration details, and payment/transaction reference information.
Participant information may be shared with payment service providers, event/training service providers, technology providers, or other authorized service providers where necessary to provide the program and process transactions. We do not sell participant personal information to third parties.
Participants may register from countries outside India. Where necessary to process an international registration or payment, relevant information may be processed by payment service providers or service providers operating in other countries.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect participant information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Registration and transaction information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, legal, regulatory, and record-keeping purposes.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations made for the offline Professional Certificate Program organized by PARANTHAMAN EXPORTERS.
Participants who wish to cancel their registration must submit a cancellation request to the organizer through the official contact email. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the cancellation timeline communicated for the specific program.
Where a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will normally be processed to the original payment method used for registration. The time required for the amount to appear in the participant's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or other transaction-related charges may not be refundable where applicable.
If a registered participant does not attend the offline program without submitting an eligible cancellation request, the registration fee may not be refundable.
If the organizer cancels or postpones the program, participants will be informed through the registered contact details. Where applicable, participants may be offered a transfer of registration to the revised program date, or a refund in accordance with the organizer's applicable refund procedure.
Requests to transfer registration to another participant may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the organizer before the program.

PARANTHAMAN EXPORTERS accepts registrations from participants located in India and other countries, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and payment-service requirements.
Participants located outside India may register and pay for the Professional Certificate Program through the international payment options made available on our website.
Program fees may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD), Indian Rupees (INR), or other supported currencies, depending on the payment option available to the participant. Where the payment is made in a currency different from the participant's bank-account currency, the participant's bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional charges.
All program fees — domestic and international — are processed through an authorized third-party payment gateway/payment service provider. The organizer does not receive or store the participant's complete card credentials, CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment data.
Any foreign exchange conversion charges, international transaction charges, correspondent bank charges, or other fees imposed by the participant's bank or payment provider may be payable by the participant.
A registration confirmation will be issued after successful payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway/payment service provider.
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or remains pending, the participant should contact the organizer using the official contact details. Participants should not make multiple payments for the same registration without first checking the transaction status.
Approved refunds for international transactions will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway, banking procedures, foreign exchange rules, and refund policy. The amount credited may differ from the original amount due to exchange-rate fluctuations or charges imposed by banks/payment providers.
International payments are subject to applicable Indian laws, foreign exchange regulations, payment-gateway policies, and applicable laws in the participant's jurisdiction.
